Preschool Registration Form 2011-2012

The Hatfield Public Schools Inclusion Preschool Program has openings for the 2011-2012 school year. Families from Hatfield with children ages 2.9 – 4 are welcome to apply.

Registrations will be accepted from April 4^th – April 13^th, 2010 until 2:30 pm at the Hatfield Elementary School. If necessary, a lottery will be held on Wednesday, April 15^th at 11:00 am. Families will be notified in writing of your child’s placement on or before, April 20^th 2011. Once accepted into the program, a $15.00 non-refundable registration fee will be required to hold your slot in the program.

Developmental screenings for student’s age three and up will take place June 20^th and 21^st

from 8:00 am- 2:00 pm at Hatfield Elementary School. Appointments can be made during registration or by calling the Office of Student Services at 247-9534.
